The Annual BOKLAN ART Contest held during the Viva Vigan Festival 2008. Boklan Art is a sort of a painting competition, only different kinds and types of "BUKEL" or Seeds are used as paint or water color. This competitionis being held for the whole day as it requires a tedious and a painstaking process, especially the pasting of the seeds on the artwork they have designed. Just imagine pasting thousand and thousand seeds of palay, corn, mongo, achuete and others. Enjoy the views!

its good to hear you enjoyed it. you can visit these artworks here in Vigan displayed at the Vigan Culture and Trade Center. I think they are not for sale po..
